MEPPI Vapor Phase

Baron USA, Inc. is proud to announce that it has been selected to provide the Vapor Phase System and other critical oil processing systems for the new Mitsubishi Electric Power Products Inc. (MEPPI) factory in Memphis, TN.  The plant will be designed and constructed by O’Neal Inc. of Greenville, SC.

The extra-high voltage shell type power transformers manufactured in the new facility will play an important role in the continuing development of stable and reliable electric grids in North America.

Barons' FPS Series of small purifiers are the perfect fit to solve moisture problems in turbine and transformer oil. As an added benefit, these systems are true vacuum dehydrators and degassifiers so they remove moisture and dissolved gasses which both contribute to breakdown of oils and increased maintenance. There are no costly elements to replace and unlike systems that claim to be vacuum systems, Baron Systems do not allow air to enter the vacuum chamber to remove moisture. In humid environments, these types of system are very ineffective.

New Vacuum Oven System in Production for Coil Drying

Baron is currently building a large coil dryout oven for shipment to the end user. This large oven will require shipment in at least three sections.
