Moisture Monitoring

Continuous online moisture monitoring of single or multiple points including oil and vacuum stream moisture contents. Optional capabilities include:

• automated PPM calculation
• recorder output
• high moisture alarms

Gas Content Monitoring

Automatic, continuous electronic sampling and testing of total gas content. Features include:

• high gas content alarming
• gas content display on central control panel
• option to have gas content print on strip chart recorder or other printer

Data Recorders

Chart-type and paperless to record operating parameters, such as:

• temperatures
• vacuum levels
• moisture levels
• pressures
• flow rates

Data can be stored to portable disk in ASCII format for retrieval into your spreadsheet program for graphing and data storage on your personal computer.

Digital Vacuum Gauges

Single or multiple channels with process control points and alarm contacts. Gauges give digital pressure indication from atmospheric pressure to full vacuum, switching from Torr to microns below 1 Torr. Other pressure scales are also available.

Hose Storage Reels and Tubes

For vacuum and oil hoses. Available as either live or storage-type and manual spring or motor rewind.

Trailers

Available to house your purifier and to make it fully portable. Trailers are available in five different types:

• Open, flat-bed type trailer with tow bar and running gear, running lights and reflectors
• Tarped flat-bed trailer same as above but with aluminum roof and roll-up tarp to protect the equipment from weather. Tarps have dome snaps for quick deployment.
• Hard-sided flat-bed trailer same as above but with hinged aluminum, lockable, weather-tight doors
• Cargo van-style trailer with entire unit installed inside. Access aisles around equipment allow operation from inside.
• Semi-style trailer with entire unit installed inside. This trailer type allows additional space for storage, lab testing equipment, generators, cold traps, fuller's earth and other accessories.

Trailers have a wide variety of options available. Just a few of these include:
